MY REASON OF SUCCESS; IS MY COMPANY

People who have not established a relation with the organisation may become an important threat for companies for medium and long term. If roles and responsibilities don't have a meaning for them, it would not be possible to keep people in the organisation. We know that creating a meaning, making people believe in organisational values and live them are only possible through the realisation of "happy workplace".

During our session "MY REASON FOR SUCCESS: MY COMPANY", we will talk about the concept of happy workplace, how to reinforce relations that have reached to the point of breaking, ways to establish people engagement and whether engagement is different between generations by using facts and data.
