In the upcoming 2 years psychological capital will be considered much more important than skill and talent in the HR world.

Psychological capital is individualís ability to be strong through difficulties, to have self knowledge and ability to govern oneself. The main feature of people with high psychological capital is that they take responsibility of their lives, careers and decisions. People with low level of psychological capital tend to draw back in difficult times, not able to cope with stress, to have hard time focusing, to have mood swings and are not able to control their mood. 

The more the pressure business goals, sales and performance puts and the harder economical conditions in our country grows the more important placing the employees get. Otherwise staff with high performance, skilled and strong CVS who have low psychological capital are likely to contribute less or even causes damage to the company.
