Cem Kılıç received his bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations Department of Gazi University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and he received his master degree in 1991 and his doctorate degree in 1995. Kılıç worked as a "research fellow” at Carleton University in Canada. After he received associated professor degree, he became a professor in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations Department of Gazi University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Cem Kılıç contributed to the literature with numerous works. He makes his academic researches on the areas of social policy, employment and unemployment, social security, human resources and occupational health and safety. He serves as official conciliator of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and is a member of the Presidency Economic High Advisory Board. Cem Kılıç has started his journalism career in 2010 in the Dünya Newspaper, has worked as a columnist in Akşam newspaper between 2011 and 2013 and since 2013 he has been writing articles in Milliyet newspaper about working life. Also, Mr. Kılıç meets the audience with the television program named NTV’ye Sorun, in NTV Channel since 2010.
