Senior Consultant, Professional Manager StratejiCo

Sevinç Yener Çimecioğlu has more than 20 years of experience in executive management with broad expertise in manufacturing, change management, company integration, culture change, lean management, labor relations and employee engagement in several multinational companies. She holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University and also obtained her Masters Degree from the same institution. while working as research and teaching Assistant. She has worked in Delphi Automotive Systems Turkey for the next 15 years in several managerial positions of increasing responsibility, including project management, quality, manufacturing, and finally as a plant manager of one of its three production plants in Turkey and then as the director of Turkish production control and logistics operations. She then moved onto Magna Automotive Corporation, Exteriors-Interiors Division as a General Manager, establishing its operations in Turkey during 2008-2011. Next, switching her business sector from automotive to textile packaging, she became the General Manager of Greif FPS Turkey and integrated its newly acquired Turkish manufacturing operations between 2011-2015. Mrs. Yener joined StratejiCo in 2016 where she focuses on projects related to her expertise. These include, but not limited to, change management in manufacturing environments, specifically for multi-national companies, and manufacturing know-how, such as up-sizing, down-sizing, developing new manufacturing sites, culturel change and lean management.

She also has extensive experience in labor relations including implementation of outsourcing and inhousing and Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations.
